In recent years custom printed bunting has become a popular method of promotion and advertising. It is of course still used in it’s multi-coloured form for general street decoration.

A 10 metre length of full colour digitally printed triangle or rectangle pennant bunting usually has 24 pennants sewn on to a length.

Yes, because we print most of our bunting digitally we can indeed mix up the pennant
designs when we sew it on the webbing. We generally print the design in sets of 24 pennants
on a template (double sided) if for example you required 2 alternating designs it is best if you
order at least 2 lengths of 10 metres which means we can print 2 seperate template layouts
and then alternate the pennants when we sew your bunting up. If you are happy to accept single
sided bunting then you can have a different design on every bunting pennant as long as you
supply the artwork ‘ready setup’!

We offer a standard choice of 20×30cm rectangle or 20×30cm triangle pennants
for your custom printed bunting. If you require a special die cut shape then we
recommend 170gsm paper bunting though this is only suitable for short term
outdoor events or instore reatil promotion.

We sew the bunting pennants on to 20/25mm folded woven webbing and add an
extra 50-60mm (approx) at each end for tying up up or joining your length of custom
printed bunting.

Our standard length of custom printed bunting is 10 metres + 50cm of extra webbing at each end for tying/joining.

If you require longer lengths thats fine but we do not recommend lengths longer than 25 metres or you could end
up in a tangle when you take it down!

For our digitally printed bunting we use a high quality reinforced PVC which is
called blockout PVC. It has 2 printable surfaces and a very thin black layer in the
middle which blocks show through from the other side.

Screen printed bunting is normally printed on unsupported PVC.

You can also have paper bunting pennants which is suitable for short term events
or instore promotion. You can also have die cut shapes from paper.

Our stock colours PVC outdoor bunting is just the thing for adding a splash of
colour and movement to your street gala or outdoor event. We offer stock
bunting in a wide choice of colours from our standard range. We typically
supply the stock bunting in 10 metre lengths but can of course make it up in
longer lengths if required, better to keep it no longer than 25 metre lengths as
you could end up in a dreadful  tangle after the event! Oh, we supply stock bunting
with either 20×30cm rectangles or triangles with 24 on a 10 metre length.

Customers requiring a large quantity of custom printed bunting may be interested
in our screen printed bunting. Pricing depends on the amount of spot colours in the
job, number of lengths and amount of bunting designs. If you do require a large quantity

If you only require a smalll quantity of printed bunting then our digitally printed bunting
may be the mostcost effective option available.

We can print in full colour on to reinforced blockout PVC on both sides in either 20×30cm
triangle or rectangle format. We normally supply this bunting in 10 metre lengths with 24
pennants on a length. To keep the costs down it is best to order your bunting with the same
artwork throughout as we print the artwork in a template of 24 triangles/rectangles. If you
need 2 alternating designs then you would need to order the bunting in multiples of 2 lengths
and we can alternate the pennants when they are sewen onto the bunting tape.
