We usually sew the triangle or rectangle digitally printed pennants on to 25mm centre fold woven poly cotton bunting tape. We leave an extra 60cm o tape at each end for hanging/joining the bunting.
In between building websites we have today been working on a very nice bunting job. We have a customer who required some triangle bunting with a simple white logo on a purple background on one pennant and then a plain white pennant. We usually digitally print the bunting pennants on both sides with the same design but for this job we have printed the coloured design on one side of the bunting pennant and left the other side blank. We then stitched the printed bunting pennants onto the bunting tape so that they alternate 1 printed, 1 plain and so on. We are really pleased with the results, in fact I personally think it looks more effective than some of the full colour printed bunting jobs we have produced!
